Leon “Bobby” Hall, 83, formerly of Juniper Street, Kannapolis, NC passed away Monday, August 5, at PruittHealth Town Center in Harrisburg, NC.
He was born October 24, 1935 in Iredell County to the late Albert M. Caldwell, Sr. and the late Ada Marie Hall Caldwell.
Leon was educated in the Iredell County public schools and was formerly employed by Cannon Mills. He was a member of Life Connections Ministry in Concord where he was the father of the church. Leon was a former member of King Uzziah Masonic Lodge.
Services will be held Sunday, August 11, at Grace Lutheran Church. Visitation will be 2:00 – 3:00 PM with funeral services at 3:00 PM. .
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Tinnie Louise Wilson Hall.
Those left to cherish fond memories include: a daughter, Alesia H. Anthony, (Rev. Donald); one granddaughter, Alyson L. Anthony of Winston Salem, NC; two grandsons, Joshua Ford and Jaquan Ford; two sisters, Gloria D. Caldwell of Davidson, Carol C. Hill of San Diego, CA; brother, Albert M. Caldwell, Jr.; two sisters-in-law, Dr. Eleanor E. Greene (Jackie) of High Point, Ruth W. Smith of Salisbury; three brothers-in-law, Thomas R. Wilson (Irene), Cecil Wilson (Carolyn) both of Salisbury, Tony Wilson (Priscilla) of China Grove; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
