Alden Richard Bryant 53, of Pennsylvania Ave., Kannapolis, NC, passed away Saturday, January 17, 2026, at his residence.

He was born June 19, 1972, in Cabarrus County to Grace Joan Johnson Bryant and the late Thomas Jackson Bryant.

Alden was educated in the Kannapolis City Schools and attended Clinton Jr. College.

Services will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, at Bethel Baptist Church, 2474 Dale Earnhardt Blvd., Kannapolis, NC, 28083.   Visitation will be from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, with funeral services at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Grace Joan Bryant, his brother, Thomas J. Bryant, Jr. (Cassandra); six children, Shatori Bryant of Kannapolis, NC; Jerrod Lipscomb of Kannapolis, NC; Xavier Parks of Charlotte, NC; Alden Bryant of Matthews, NC; Mandasia Parks of Charlotte, NC; and  stepdaughter, Cameron Parks of
Charlotte, NC; 18 grandchildren; two aunts, Mildred Johnson of Charlotte, NC, and Joyce Anderson of Kannapolis, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
