Annie Louise (Collins) Howie, 84, of Brookwood Drive, Concord, NC departed this earthly life on Monday, May 22, 2023, at Universal Healthcare & Rehab of Concord.
She was born March 23,1939, in Cabarrus County to the late Eddie Collins and the late Jessie Odessa English Collins.
Delores was educated in the Cabarrus County School System. She was formerly employed as a Bar Tender.
