Arthur Eugene Parks, 81 of Ann St., Concord, NC entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at Atrium Health Cabarrus.

He was born March 29, 1944 in Cabarrus County  to the late Arthur Lee Parks  and the late Mary Margaret Caldwell Parks.

Arthur was educated in Cabarrus County School System and was a graduate of Logan High School Class of 1962.

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel, 923 Indiana Street, Kannapolis, NC. Memorial services at 2:00 PM.

He leaves to cherish fond memories, four sisters, Deborah Cooper of Huntersville, NC; Ruth L. Caldwell of Charlotte, NC; Denise L. Blackwelder and Alisha Parks Barnett both of Concord, NC; two brothers, Mitchell A. Parks of Kannapolis, NC; and Wayne L. Parks of Concord, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
