Obituary

Betty Jean (Lowery) Jordan, 73,  of Samuel Richard St., Kannapolis, NC passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Tucker Hospice House. She was born in Rowan County on November 26, 1947 to the late Martin Lowery and the late Margaret Neely Lowery.

Betty was educated in the Rowan County School System and was a graduate of Aggrey Memorial High School. She was formerly employed Cannon Mills and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Services will be held on Friday, April 2, 2021 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel.  Visitation will be 2:00 – 3:00 PM, with funeral services at 3:00.  Burial will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery

Those left to cherish her memory includes her husband, Henry Jordan of the home; two daughters, Benita Jordan and Treva Jordan both of the home; two sons, Terry Jordan (Sharonda) of Salisbury, NC, Reginal Jones of South Carolina; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; seven sisters, Ella Lowery of China Grove, Carolyn Lowery of Salisbury, Amy Cathcart of Kannapolis, Carole Miller of China Grove, Laura Howell of China Grove, Cora Miller of Atlanta, GA and Shelia Miller of Salisbury; one brother, Fred Gibson of Salisbury; special friend, Margret Samuels of California;  special aunt, Marie Lowery of China Grove and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Due to Covid-19 Mask must be worn to all services.
