Beulah Lee (Forrest) Bush, 97, of Lafayette Circle, Salisbury, N.C., expired on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Accordius Health Concord. She was born May 23, 1924 in Cabarrus County to the late James Walter Forrest and the late Annie Bell Pharr Forrest.
Beulah was educated in the Cabarrus County School System and was a graduate of Logan High School. She was formerly self- employed as a Beautician. Beulah was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Salisbury, NC; where she was a member of the following groups Senior Choir and Lena Feamster Missionary. Beulah was also the mother of the church.
Services will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Silverhill Primitive Baptist Church, 162 Penrod Dr., SW, Concord. Visitation will be 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM; with funeral services at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow at Rutherford Memorial Cemetery.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Demarus Antwan Bush; her siblings, Alberta, Charlie, James, Willie, Annie, Ruth, Georgia, Mamie and Constance.
She leaves to cherish fond memories her daughter, Toni Ann Templeton of St. Petersburg, FL, three grandchildren, Sanporta Brown of Houston, TX, Sativa Brown and Jumar White both of Charlotte, NC; seven great grandchildren; 14 great great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
