Obituary

Daran Keith Knox,  41, of Salisbury, NC passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at his residence.  He was born in Cabarrus County on October 13,1979 to Gary Keith Maxwell and Terry Annette Knox Clodfelter.

Daran was educated in the Cabarrus County Schools  System and attended A.L. Brown High School.  He was formerly employed in the Hotel Industry

Services will be held on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Living Water Church of God, 166 N. Little Texas Rd, Kannapolis, NC.  Visitation will be 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM with funeral services at 3:00 PM. 

Darn was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Maxwell.

Those left to cherish his memory includes his mother, Terry Knox Clodfelter of the home; two daughters, Lyric Knox and Chyna Knox both of Salisbury; one son, Zion Knox of Salisbury; father, Gary Maxwell of Kannapolis; four grandchildren, Elijah Knox, Brooklynn Hall, Isabella Hall and Nola Hall; two sisters, Tareeka Krider (David) of Salisbury, Shontae Maxwell of Charlotte; niece, Vanity Krider; nephew, D.J. Krider; grandmother, Naomi Knox of Kannapolis and a host of aunts, uncles,  nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
