Frances Robinson Jackson, 89, of Tyler Street, Kannapolis, NC, departed this earthly life on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at her residence.

She was born on June 25, 1936, in Chesterfield County, SC to the late Hudson Robinson and the late Bessie Funderburke Robinson.

Frances was formerly employed with American Food Service.  She was a member of First Baptist Church where she served on the Culinary Committee, Senior Ministry and sung on The Voices of Zion Senior Choir.

Service of Remembrance Thru Song (Wake) will be Friday April 17th, 2026, at Clark Funeral Home Chapel, 923 Indiana Street, Kannapolis, NC from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Services will be on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at First Baptist Church, 1311 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave, Kannapolis, NC. Visitation will be from 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM, with funeral services at 2:00 PM.

Burial will be Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at VA Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd, Salisbury, NC

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Jackson.

Frances leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter, Halia J. Nash of Kannapolis, NC; four grandchildren, Alia Nash and Jasmin Nash both of Kannapolis, NC, Angela Nash Clowney (Delando) of Rockwell, NC, Kendra Nash Reid (Malcolm) of Kannapolis, NC; eight  great grandchildren, Auria, Makhi, Kaiden, Kendrick, Nora, Malcom, Major,  and Delando (Tre); special niece, Fran R. Brown reared as daughter; one brother-in-law, John Moore of Kannapolis, NC and a host of nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.
