Obituary

Fredonia “Donnie” Flowe Alexander,  76, of Mt. Olivet Rd. Kannapolis, NC passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at Atrium Health - Cabarrus. She was born in Cabarrus County, on October 3, 1944 to the late Charles Flowe and the late Ophelia Walker Flowe.

Fredonia was a graduate of G.W. Carver High School and attended Winston Salem State University.  She was formerly employed by Cannon Mills and attended Cedar Grove Presbyterian Church.

Services will be held on Monday, February 15 at Clark Funeral Home Chapel.  Visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 PM with funeral services at 2:00.  Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.

Those left to cherish her memory includes two sons, Wendell Flowe (Shawna) of Landis; Ronald Alexander (Pontella) of Kannapolis; four grandchildren, Tempestt Flowe, Jamarcrius Little, Kasey Grayer, Jamison Flowe; five great-grandchildren; four sisters, Pearlie “Peg” Flowe of Kannapolis, Delta Prince (David) of Garner, April Wiggins (Spencer) of TN; Bunethie Grove (Donald) of GA; two brothers, Charles Flowe (Patricia) of Concord, Frank Flowe of Kannapolis  and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Due to Covid-19 Mask must be worn to all services.
