Joseph Moon

Joseph Moon, 66, of N. George St.,  Goldsboro, NC departed this earthly life  on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at his residence.

He was born February 18, 1958 in Cabarrus County to the late John Edward Moon and the late Georgia Lee Stewart Moon.

Joseph received his formal education in the public schools of Cabarrus County.  He was  formerly employed with the City of Concord.

Memorial Services will be held Friday, April  19, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Clark Funeral Home Chapel, 923 Indiana St., Kannapolis, NC  28082.

In addition to his parent’s, he was preceded in death by a sister, Renee Moon; two brothers, Johnny Moon  and Howard Moon; two nephews, Nicholas Cole, and Israel Moon.

Those left to cherish fond memories include two daughters,  Indian Moon of Concord, NC, Alexandria Moon of Hickory, NC; one son, Joii Moon of Gastonia, NC; three grandchildren; five sisters, Marilyn Brooks, Linda Bolder, Delyah Sims all of Kannapolis, NC, Tammy Moon, Hope Moon both of Concord, NC; two brothers, Prince Moon of Albemarle, NC, Christian Moon of Charlotte, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Due to Covid-19, masks are appreciated if worn in all services.
