Toshieta Jawauna Foster

Toshieta Jawauna Foster, 36, of N. Zion St. Landis, NC, passed away Tuesday, May 9, at Atrium Health-Cabarrus

She was born August 17, 1986, in Mecklenburg County to Hakeem (Johnny) Foster and the late Carolyn Drye Moore.

“Tot” and “TJ” as she was fondly called was a graduate of A.L. Brown High School and attended Lees-McRae College.  She was currently employed with Allstate Insurance Company and a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church.

Services will be held Saturday, May 13, at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, 204 N. Little Texas Rd. Kannapolis, NC.   Visitation will be 2:00 – 2:30 PM with funeral services at 2:30.   Burial will follow in the church cemetery

She was preceded in death by her mother Carolyn Drye Moore; and grandmother Virginia Gracella Wilkerson Crump.

Those left to cherish fond memories include her children, Xavion M. Boileau and Angela M. Boileau both of Salisbury, NC; father, Hakeem (Johnny) Foster of Kannapolis, NC; two brothers, Jeremy Drye (Shalonda) of Charlotte, NC, Rakeem Cowan (Shakira) of Kannapolis, NC; grandmother. Janie Foster of Kannapolis, NC; aunts and uncles, Tammy Foster-Shaw, Tim Foster (LaDonna), Bryant Foster (Judy), Leisa Washington (Fredrick), Mildred Chambers, Delinda Hall, Jamika Rall, Mack Maxwell; former stepmother, Gloria Foster; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
