Yadira Hernandez Castro 18, of St. Mary Avenue NW, Concord, NC departed this earthly life on Monday, February 2, 2026, in Concord, NC.

She was born on September 25, 2007, in Cabarrus County to Frumencio Hernandez and Edith Castro.

Yadira was educated in the Cabarrus County Schools and was a 2025 graduate of Concord High School.

Services will be held on Thursday, February 12, at Clark Funeral Home Chapel.  Visitation will be 10:00 - 11:00 AM with services at 11:00 AM.   Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park.

She leaves to cherish her fond memories, her parents, Frumencio Hernandez and Edith Castro; four sisters, Daniela Hernandez Castro, Michelle Hernandez Castro, Laura Hernandez Han, Ana Hernandez Castro; one brother, Eduardo Hernandez and a host other relatives, and friends.
